"What's in a name?"
We are growing steadily but many tasks are currently divided among our team. It is therefore now beginning to "squeak and crack" as it is called. Time for reinforcement! Call it secretarial support, management assistant or office manager (we still haven't decided) but we need help, that's for sure. We are looking for an enthusiastic trainee (MBO level 4 work and thinking level) who is following a course in the direction of Office Manager and administrative support.
Your role as trainee: Office Manager / Management Assistant
You will work with the entire team. For example, with our Operations Manager you plan sessions with our clients, with the Director you take care of contract management or invoicing, and with the researchers you create a contact list for the market research.
You will make an impact on our operations and our customers will be noticeably better served by your role in our organisation. We therefore expect you to be very proactive and to have some experience with office management. It is an advantage if you are familiar with social media.
